Shiho-shoshi lawyers are prescribed to keep secrets of clients by the article 24 in Shiho-shoshi Act. (it says, ''Shiho-shoshi lawyers must not leak the secret of the clients that he or she was able to know through the case that he or she handled when he or she doesn't have a fair reason''.)
In addition, it is thought that Shiho-shoshi lawyers' office comes under "enterprise handling personal information" of the Protection of Personal Information and Privacy Law.
Therefore, we are responsibility on such as "specification of the purpose of use", "measure of security management" and "limitation of provision to a third person" by the Protection of Personal Information and Privacy Law.
